watched Rumor Has It with dear at Junction 8 on sat. a great romantic comedy indeed. laughed alot during de movie. apart from laughter, dere were tears too. i was quite touched at de scene where Jennifer Aniston tried to patch things up with her boyfriend. to be precise, what moved me was de emotional conversation between them. it was so intense yet sweet. *thumbs up for dis movie*


after de show, we headed back to his place and ordered pizza. although we have yet to have our dinner, de snacks we had few minutes before de movie, had somehow eased our hunger for de time being. so, we decided to settle with pizza delivery. Lols.




[Sunday, 05 March]


had a really sweet surprise from dear. COSY BAY!!! hee hee. i have been pestering him to bring me dere, ever since i heard about dat nice place from my sis weeks ago. but he always said it is too far and inaccessible bla bla...


who knows, my dearest boy finally decided to fulfill my wish! haha. before we went...


him: "dear, we'll be going somewhere for dinner k."
me (being very curious): "where are we going??!! why can't you tell me de place??"


him: "aiya, you just get changed and prepare to go la. dun ask so much."
me: "so secretive... where are you bringing me to..."


him (smiles cheekily): "when i bring you dere den you will know already lor... you sure very happy one."
me (starts to ponder): "huh? i sure very happy ah... hmmm... dunno la. hahaha. WHERE?!"


him: "you stop asking la. you want to go or not? if not later i change my mind, we dun go already. i'm serious k."
me (gives up asking): "fine. i'm tired of asking already. bleah!"




while he was driving, i tried to guess where he was heading to. at one point, he turned into de route which i recognised would lead us to Geylang. (i have bugged him many times to bring me dere cuz i have been craving for de Frog Leg Porridge and Soya Beancurd.) But nah. he drove on and we were out of Geylang area. after a few minutes drive, he finally stopped at de carpark at Kallang Waterfront. i was still clueless as to where we were going to dine at.


we got off de car and walked a short distance to a bridge. at dat moment, my intuition told me dat we were at Cosy Bay! de bridge and de surroundings looked familiar. in fact, it looked like de place i saw from my sis' photos. i instantly exclaimed: "oh my god... is it Cosy Bay over dere?!!" he grinned and said "Yah..." i was so happy can!!! i tot he has been ignoring what i said.


we made our order at de counter before we went up to sit. it is an open air cafe. a really nice chill-out place with a great laid-back ambience. we ordered 2 main courses, 2 side dishes and drinks. i forgot to snap pics of de food cuz i was too busy digging in. too hungry already. haha.

i enjoyed my dinner alot; nice ambience and great food. but most importantly, he was with me.
